Privacy policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026The short version: No accounts. Your application files, passport details and notes stay on your device and are never sent to our server. Only the minimum needed to send notifications reaches the server.
Stays on your device only
- Your application files, document check marks and notes
- Appointment details and reminders (reminders are scheduled on the device)
- Passport details; the passport number is stored in the device's encrypted Keychain and shown only after Face ID / passcode
- Your visa history and trip dates
Adding to Calendar and Face ID run entirely on your device; we have no access to them.
What reaches our server
- Content updates: the app downloads up-to-date country and document lists. Nothing about you is sent.
- Notifications (only if you allow them, iPhone): your device's push token, platform, language, app version, the codes of countries you have a file, trip or visa for (e.g. "DE"), and the center you watch for open dates (e.g. "VFS Global İstanbul"). Purpose: sending visa-rule-change and open-date alerts.
- If you report an open date: the center and date, plus a one-way hash derived from your device. Reports and "found it / not there" votes are deleted after 30 days.
Your IP address is not stored; it is held in memory for a few minutes only to prevent abuse. Your name, email, phone number, location and passport details are never sent. No advertising identifier (IDFA) is used; no analytics are currently collected.

- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): server hosting
- Apple (Apple Push Notification service) and Expo (650 Industries, USA): delivering notifications to your device
Retention and deletion
Your notification record is kept until you delete the app or choose Settings → "Delete all data"; tokens Apple reports as invalid after uninstall are removed automatically. "Delete all data" removes everything on your device and your notification record on our server.

Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. Checklists for minors are meant for the parents preparing the application.
